I love Bob and NonZero and guests, and would like to have listened to this but I can’t handle the voice fry by Boris. Probably not helped by listening on a phone, and I’m old, voice fry isn’t my scene. It seems trivial but maybe in future you could clean up the sound in post production, or he could clear his throat before recording.
Instead of trying to go tribeless, we should find a better balance between the many tribes we are in. All of us are parts of families, communities, nations, humanity, and the universe. Each of those groupings deserve some of our attention, though some get too much and some get too little.
I love this as well. Another twist on the meaning of "nous" comes from Eastern Orthodox Christianity (e.g., Greek Orthodoxy, Russian Orthodoxy). In this theology, the nous is a kind of sense organ that can perceive God.
